Management Pt 3

In this episode we begin our look at 3 types of leaders found in the old testament.

1. The ones who got put in the position but were not trained for it.  Had the title but no qualifications.
2. The ones who were good and proficient in some areas and deficient in other areas
3. The ones who were prepared for their call

Today we look at king Saul who falls under leader type 1.  And we see what happens when we get promoted with out first building the skills.

Management is the pathway to your future. In order to develop, and grow into the person that your picture in the future, you must manage with excellence and precision what you currently have.  To often, people want to jump straight into their vision without going through the development process.  They want to advance and get promoted without becoming more first. To become more, we must manage what we currently have and are doing. We must be faithful will the little.  Otherwise if we mismanage what we have now we will mismanage the more. Let's get into it.
