Team Be Transformed

Content starts at minute 17:45.  Fear of failure is in direct opposition to commitment.  Fear of failure says, I can't, I won't, it's to hard, it won't work out.  Commitment says, I can, I will, whatever obstacles I face I can figure out how to overcome, regardless of what it takes I will win.  

It's time to saddle up the ponies with some commitment!
